Please note:

Your Canadian Angus Association is taking responsibility for collecting and preparing DNA samples for genomic testing. You can begin sending your properly collected and stored DNA samples (hair, TSU, blood cards, semen) immediately to:

If you have TSU or Hair Card bar codes to scan in, please use the downloadable form to the right and email it to registry@cdnangus.ca.

As of April 1, 2026 AI sires and donor dams are required to be tested for all genetic conditions and have an Angus HD test prior to AI or donor dam approval being granted.

    Please contact the Canadian Angus Association to request your hair cards, blood cards and TSUs. You must be enrolled on the Canadian Angus Performance Program to receive Angus HD EPD information.
