To Whom it May Concern:

This year we are excited to be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Ontario Angus Preview Show! We hope to make this show a special celebration of shows past with a tip of the hat to the hard working people who have made the Ontario Angus breed the thriving industry it is today.

Our initial plan includes:
• Providing “Jackpot” prize for the overall champions
• Recognizing past presidents and secretaries of the Central Ontario Angus Association
• Providing souvenir catalogues with a history of the show as well as space for sponsor advertisements
• Public education on beef production

Each year, this show is organized and run by the volunteer committee comprised of the Central Ontario Angus Association club and their families. This show provides exhibitors from across the province a place to exhibit their livestock, ultimately advertising their herd and genetics. The location of the show also provides the unique opportunity for our rural exhibitors to connect with an urban audience about food production, responsible animal husbandry and why they should choose Canadian Angus Beef.

This show is typically run on entry fees and sponsorship of individual classes. As we plan for the special 50th Anniversary show, we are looking for additional sponsorship to help offset our costs of show prize money, souvenir catalogues, past president recognition, public education and other miscellaneous expenses.
Show sponsors will have the opportunity to be recognized with on-site signage, show day programs and souvenir catalogues, as well as show day social media posts on the Ontario Angus Association Facebook page.
We thank you for taking the time to read this sponsorship request and hope for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Central Ontario Angus Association
