Mailing Labels Request Form

You must be a member of the Canadian Angus Association to receive mailing labels. Only CAA members who have not opted out from receiving marketing communications are included on the list. Commercial breeder addresses are not available.

Labels are $100.00 for set-up fee and $0.03 per label. Costs will be charged to your membership account. Your membership will be updated as well as any balance owing will be charged to your credit card.

    Please provide a credit card number of you do not have one on file with the Canadian Angus Association. Please either remit a cheque for payment of your membership or provide credit card authorization for our files. Funds are required to accompany all work submitted to the Canadian Angus Association or a valid credit card on file for charges.

    The Canadian Angus Association is the sole owner of its membership list. The Canadian Angus Association authorizes only the member whose name appears on this form and whose signature appears below to use these labels ONE TIME ONLY. They are NOT TO BE SHARED with any other party or distributed in any other way than the one-time mailing which is to take place within 30 days of the receipt of the labels. The member further agrees not to use the labels for any other purpose.
