Register for the Canadian Angus Association 2021 Virtual AGM
Given the current health restrictions in the province of Alberta and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Canadian Angus Association Annual General Meeting has been shifted to a virtual event to be held on Thursday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m. MDT. The purpose of the meeting is:
- Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 and the report of the auditors thereon
- Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Headlining the AGM will be the release of the 2020 financial statements. Various elements of our financial picture will be outlined, as well as key elements of the strategic plan, highlights of 2020 and key initiatives we are working on in 2021.
Due to the format of this AGM, there will be no voting. We will focus on sharing information. Members attending the AGM will have the opportunity to ask questions through our online platform. A moderator will receive the questions during the meeting and they will be responded to live. We will release the 2020 Annual Report following the AGM.
Also included will be the announcement and introduction of the 2021 CAA board members, new executive and other recognitions. The Canadian Angus Foundation will also collaborate with us on this event and will highlight their 2020 campaign.
We look forward to having you join us for the 2021 CAA AGM on June 10 from the comfort of your home.
