Canadian Angus Association Office Closure Alert

The Canadian Angus Association has made the decision to close our offices to visitors in an attempt to reduce the impacts of COVID-19. We are committed to maintaining our service and business operations as close to normal function as possible. Our office will remain open as we perform our day-to-day operations adhering to all current health protocols as recommended by Alberta Health Services, however, to assure the safety of our staff, if you need our service, we ask that you contact us via email or telephone rather than an office visit at this time.  

A drop box will be placed outside our doors during regular business hours so that work can be dropped off by those who are unable to send via email, courier or Canada Post. A staff member will collect the work and sanitize it before entering it into the work queue for processing.

If you require one-on-one assistance, please call our office. If you are not able to reach a staff member immediately, leave a message so that we can call you back as the number of requests for one-on-one assistance is higher than usual and we are spending significant amounts of time on the phone supporting our members.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we all work through this together. Our revised operations will not affect our ability to work on your behalf. Along with other industry stakeholders, we are dedicated to maintaining business continuity that includes live cattle trade both within Canada and with our American customers during the COVID-19 outbreak.
