BCAA Names Two Scholarship Recipients for 2025
BCAA traditionally awards one five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) scholarship to a successful candidate thanks to the annual sponsorship donation from Red Moon Angus, Jim, Shirley Moon & family.
In 2025, the Scholarship Committee has decided to name two recipients, based on the outstanding quality of the applicants.

Once again, BC Angus thanks Red Moon Angus for their kind donation for one scholarship while the association is pleased to announce they will top up the appropriate funds for the second recipient this year and in future years.

Congratulations go out to Taylor Fitchett of Quesnel, BC AND Sarah Kelly of Rock Creek, BC.

Both recipients are long serving 4-H members in their respective clubs as well as active members of the BC Junior Angus Association and both absolutely excel scholastically.

BCAA will forward the appropriate funding to the recipients upon receiving proof of registration at a post-secondary institution.

Taylor Fitchett graduated high school in 2025 and plans to study Agriculture and Technology at Olds College in Olds,
Alberta starting in the fall of 2025. Congratulations, and best of success from all of your Angus friends Taylor.
